Q. Where can I get help of your softwares?
A: Your have sources for help: 1) the homesite of our softwares: http://www.avonesoft.com 2) Click the Help button on the main interface of each application. 3) Write an email to us at the email address in contact us.

Q. I am using Vista, I can't register the software, why?
A: If you are using Windows Vista, to finish registration, please Turn User Account Control off, and then run the demo version one time before register the software. How to turn UAC off, please refer to Windows Vista Help.

Q. You said the upgrade is free. But how can I get?
A: Please write an email to us with your order information (such as the product name, order ID and register email). Then we'll send you the download URL of latest version as well as the reg code.

Q. I lost my order confirmation email. Where can I get back my register information?
A: lease write to us with the following information: the product name you bought, and the register email you used when placing the order.

Q. How to register to get the full version?
A: Frist you need to buy the product by clicking "Buy Now" on the main interface to place an online order. When you receive your order confirmation email from us, please do steps below. 1) Install lastest version of demo version first, run the demo version on desktop at least once. 2) Download and install register version. 3) Run the reg version on desktop. 4) Click 'Register' button to popup register dialog box. 5) Copy and paste in registered name with your registered name in the mail. 6) Copy and paste in registered code with your registered code in the mail. 7) Click 'OK' button to finish register process.
